“Planning a cheap wedding abroad, are you nuts?” The reply came when a couple unveiled their desire to marry abroad.  “Why is it so difficult to think about destination weddings?” – said another visibly upset bride.  The problem isn’t with hosting a wedding abroad, but the people’s perception in the wake of these events is truly disappointing. First of all, no one researches well, which is a must.  The Problem: The weddings abroad ( Trouwen in het buitenland – In Dutch) are costly, because of the expensive venues, accommodations, transfers, arrangements, decorations, etc. Obviously, securing a venue in the foreign location is itself a challenge. Thinking about the rest only gives nightmares. However, can we really put the whole blame on the idea of getting married abroad (Trouwen buitenland – In Dutch) just due to all these?  Certainly not!
